Getting Started
Once you have purchased your membership, click on the ‘my account’ link on the thank you page to go to your dashboard, or
click here to go directly to your dashboard.
Then click ‘Submit Listing’ and follow the steps below.
Listing Name
Give your directory listing name. This will be the main heading of your listing, and is normally just your name. For example, “Jane Smith”.
Tagline
Add a brief tagline that sums up your service. This will be displayed under your listing name. Feel free to take a look at the
directory for inspiration!
Description
Describe the services you offer here. Give as much detail as you like, but be concise! Talk about your experience, how you can help your clients, and the techniques you use.
Again, you can look at the listings in the
directory to see some great examples of descriptions.
Sessions Offered
Check the box for all session types you offer to your clients.
Therapy Offered
Check the box for all therapies you offer to your clients.
Can’t see a therapy you offer on the list?
Contact us and we’ll add it for you.
Location
Having a location on your profile is optional, but may increase your visibility to potential clients who prefer to seek out local therapists (even though they may only want remote sessions).
Submit your Listing
Once you have filled in all the information, click the submit button.
You can then preview your listing. Make any changes here by clicking ‘Edit’, or click ‘Continue’ if you are happy with your submission.
You can view your submission status on your dashboard at any time.
To access your dashboard, click your profile avatar,
or click here to go directly to your dashboard.Profile Photo
To add a profile photo, in your dashboard, click ‘My ABCAP profile’.
Click ‘Select’ on the grey avatar and upload a photo of your choice.
When you are happy with your photo, scroll down the page and click ‘Save Changes’.
